Every paper you hand in must have these FOUR (4) unnegotiable parts to a heading!
You must have all this information in the Right Hand Corner of the paper!
First line is your full Name. That means first and last name!
Second is the Date. This means the date that the work is due, not when you are doing it! If your handing it in late, write the date you did it and when it should have been turned in. In this case you will have 2 dates.
Next you will need the name of the assignment.
Last you will need the mod you have my class.
Your heading should be set up like this:
ALL HEADINGS SHOULD START ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE
